
Nea Harrison
Director / Senior Evaluator / Community Development Specialist
Nea is a highly experienced community engagement, planning and evaluation consultant with more than 30 years’ experience supporting government, non-government and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community organisations throughout the Northern Territory, Australia and internationally.
Nea is Darwin based and has a background in research, program and policy design and management in the education, health, social service, and international development sectors. In addition to managing Pandanus Evaluation, Nea is M&E Adviser to the Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development program in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Girl Program. She provides monitoring and evaluation specialist support to the Regional Pacific Women program.
Nea has a Master of Education (Honours), University of New England, a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Arts, University of Sydney. In 2012, Nea received the AES Community Development Evaluation Award for Excellence for her work in the Participatory Evaluation of the Palmerston and Tiwi Islands Communities for Children’s Activities.
Stephanie Harrison
Evaluation Consultant / Creative Industries Specialist
Stephanie is a program planner and evaluator with 15 years’ experience working in the Creative Industries sector. Stephanie grew up in Central Australia and has worked on a diverse range of community art and cultural programs both as a facilitator and program manager. In 2011, her song ‘Stand As One’ won the competition to become the Northern Territory’s official anthem.
Stephanie has worked on several evaluation projects for Pandanus Evaluation including the formative evaluation of the Starlight Children’s Foundation Healthier Futures Initiative, the end of project evaluation of the Solidarity with West Papua project, remote community consultation for the Power and Water Authority, and an outcome evaluation for the NT Aboriginal Justice Unit’s Alternative to Custody Program.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Interdisciplinary) from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Evaluation through the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES).
Carol Watson
Senior Evaluation Consultant / Program Planner
Dr Carol Watson is a highly experienced program planner and evaluator, with a 30-year history working in strategic planning, program evaluation, Aboriginal health, alcohol and other drugs, public health, and mental health through her various roles in the NT Department of Health and NSW Health, as a senior researcher for the Cooperative Research Centre for Aboriginal Health and as a consultant (Carol D Watson Planning and Evaluation Services).
Carol has worked both in the public sector and with non government organisations, developing policies, programs and services. She has a Master of Public Health, UNSW, as well as PhD, University of Chicago and BSc (Honours), University of Washington. She is a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES) and the American Evaluation Association (AEA).
Richelle Tickle
Evaluation Consultant / Gender Specialist
Richelle Tickle is an international development specialist with 20 years’ experience managing Australian Government-funded programs and meeting the Australian aid program’s quality and policy requirements in the Pacific Region. Richelle has programming experience across a range of sectors, including gender equality programming, law and justice sector, infrastructure and community development.
Richelle has a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Macquarie University.
Asha Nur
Visual Documentation / Research Assistant
Asha is a Darwin based research assistant with experience supporting the documentation of Pandanus Evaluation projects in the Northern Territory and the Pacific. Asha is an experienced communicator and interviewer. She has undertaken market research in Darwin and Tiwi Islands.
Asha is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Deakin University.
