Planning and Facilitation

Our team works with government and non-government, multilateral agencies, and community based organisations to plan and review their programs and strategies. Our planning and facilitation work includes:

– Co-facilitation of UN Women led workshops to develop the Roadmap for better production and use of Gender Statistics to monitor the Sustainable Development Goals in the Pacific (2019-2020)

– Facilitation of the Pacific Women Support Unit Strategic Planning process (2019)

– Facilitation of the Galiwin’ku Healthy Baby Healthy Community Program review to follow up progress since the 2014 program evaluation and plan for the coming year (June 2016)

– Facilitation of Program Review and Strategic Planning for the Environmental Health Branch, NT Department of Health (November 2015)

– Facilitation of evaluation sensemaking and planning for the Galiwin’ku Stronger Communities for Children Facilitating partners and project partners (November 2015)

Facilitation of the Central Australia and Barkly Integrated Eye Health Strategy (CABIEHS) workshop  for The Fred Hollows Foundation ( 2015)

– Supporting the Australian Red Cross (NT Division) plan for the 2015-19 Palmerston and Tiwi Islands Communities for Children Project (2015)

– Facilitation of a process to support Project partners develop a comprehensive project plan for the Katherine Community Inclusion Project that is acceptable to everyone involved in the Project, is strengths-based and suitable for the Katherine context (April 2015).

– Facilitation of the Katherine Regional Eye Care Stakeholder Workshop for The Fred Hollows Foundation (September 2013).

– Facilitation of the annual community planning workshops in Galiwin’ku and Gunbalanya for the Good Food Systems Project, Menzies School of Health Research, (February 2013).

– Supporting the Wangatunga Association planning on Tiwi Islands (November 2012)
